Sometimes, you just need a fun way to wind down after a long week of being productive, am I right?!
If I know you, I know you’re always giving 100%, and that means you need to take some time to relax for a few.
Today, Abi and Holly are showing you exactly how to “wine down,” have some fun, and get creative, all at the same time!
What We Used: The Basics
There are millions of ways you can make a basic cheese spread.
Whether you’re up for a basic cheese board plate, a lavish charcuterie, or a non-conventional fruit-and-veggie holiday themed masterpiece, you’ve always got to start somewhere.
So, here’s how we did it. We kept it simple this time around.
Ingredients:
Fruit (we used frozen mango, chopped and put into a small dish)
2. Cheese (we used pepper jack)
3. Crackers
4. Parmesan Cheese/Prosciutto
5. Pita Chips (plain)
6. Festive Decor (we used decorative toothpicks and added some festive metal table decor next to the cheese board)
7. Crafty flair! (refer to #6)
8. Add wine or champagne — or both!
You’re all set!
