3 journal prompts for fitness improvement
Here are this week’s prompts, taken directly from the Fitness Manifestation Prompts section of the journal.
Journal prompt 1: Describe ways you’re being intentional with your exercise plan this week. For example, writing down how many minutes you will workout, how many miles you run, how many reps you do…just make it something measurable and that you can track.
Journal prompt 2: Talk about what you have had to let go of in terms of your health and fitness. For example, letting go of making excuses, of procrastination, or letting go of beating yourself up if you don’t get everything done you want to do all in one day, for instance.
Journal prompt 3: Write about one positive change you have made in your eating habits this week or one way you have been intentional about what you are putting into your body.
